Among many awards, Inc 5000 Magazine listed NetCom Learning three time as one of the fastest growing private companies in the USA. NetCom Learning has also been recognized by Microsoft as Learning Partner of the Year, and has been rewarded four times as Top 20 IT Training Company by trainingindustry.com Sarder is the author of Building an Innovative Learning Organization, published by Wiley; and Learning: Steps to Becoming a Passionate Lifelong Learner and Effective Learning Methods. He has been featured in Yahoo Finance, CNBC, Daily News and the New York Times; his television appearances include CBS Market Watch, and NY1. Sarder is also a business practitioner and mentor for MBA students and alumni at Columbia University.
