Bio

Donna is the Global Head of Learning Technology and Innovation for Ratings Learning, and leads a team of Learning Designers, Trainers, and Technologists who produce innovative, engaging, cutting edge learning experiences for all S&P Global Ratings employees worldwide. Prior to her role at S&P Global, she led an internal team researching and testing new pedagogies and learning innovations for Philips N.V. in Amsterdam, providing learning and development strategies for the company’s 100,000 global employees. Prior to Philps, Dr. Murdoch was Global Digital Learning Consultant for UNICEF as part of their digital transformation initiative and has held digital learning positions at Apollo Education Group, Temple University, and a number of other organizations. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University Teacher’s College and University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education.
